    How listings work

Why a place or doctor appears here, what we show, and how to correct or remove a listing.

    Why a listing exists

ExaHealth Care lists hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, pharmacies, blood banks and the doctors who practise at them so that patients can find care. A listing is built from public sources: the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission health facility registry, the facility's own public business listing and website, and, for some places, a facility's own team once it has claimed the page.

We show the facility's name, type, address, map location, phone number, website, published hours, specialities and services, and doctors listed there with their qualifications where known. We do not publish ratings or reviews, and we do not publish a doctor's personal phone number — contact is always through the facility.

Every page says when its details were last confirmed. Details from a public listing carry the note "call to confirm". The word Verified appears only when ExaHealth has checked the identity, the registration and the control of the listed contact for that facility or doctor; it vouches for who they are, not for the quality of care.

    Correcting or claiming a listing

If you run a facility or you are the doctor a page is about, you can claim it from the ExaHealth doctor portal. Claiming lets you keep timings, phone numbers, doctors and photos correct, and starts verification. A claim needs a work email, a WhatsApp number, one proof that you control the listed contact (a code sent to the listed phone, an email at the facility's own website domain, or a Google Business Profile you manage) and, for doctors, a photo ID.

You do not have to claim a listing to have it corrected or removed. Use the form on the remove or correct a listing page; we reply within 7 days [owner to confirm].

    Removal and takedown

A facility or doctor can ask for their listing to be removed from ExaHealth Care. We remove imported photos immediately on request and take the page down within 7 days unless the information is required to be public under Indian law (for example a registered clinical establishment's name and address) [owner to confirm]. A page that was removed is not re-created from the same public source.

If you believe a photo or text on a page infringes your copyright or privacy, send a takedown notice through the same form with the page link, what should be removed and why. We act within 7 days and keep a record of the request.

    Grievance officer and retention

Grievance officer: [owner to confirm name], DataSpeaks Private Limited [owner to confirm entity], grievance@exahealth.com [owner to confirm]. Grievances are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days [owner to confirm].

Documents uploaded with a claim (registration certificates, letterheads, photo ID) are seen only by the ExaHealth review team, are never shown on a page, and are deleted 90 days after the claim is decided. Verification records keep only what was checked, by whom and when.
