All three give you the same official card — pick whichever is easiest.

How do I download my ABHA card?
You can download your ABHA card three ways: in the ExaHealth app (link your ABHA and the card with QR code is always available to view, save or share), on the official portal at abha.abdm.gov.in using your ABHA number or address plus an OTP, or from DigiLocker if your ABHA is linked there. All three give you the same card.
Can I download my ABHA card using just my ABHA number?
Yes. On the ABHA portal or in the ExaHealth app, enter your 14-digit ABHA number (or your ABHA address like yourname@abdm), verify with the OTP sent to your registered mobile, and download the card.
Is downloading the ABHA card free?
Yes, completely free. Creating an ABHA and downloading the ABHA card are free under the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission — neither the government portal nor ExaHealth charges for it.
What format is the ABHA card download?
The ABHA card downloads as a PDF containing your photo, name, 14-digit ABHA number, ABHA address and a QR code. You can print it or keep the digital copy — both work at participating facilities.
I forgot my ABHA number. Can I still download my card?
Yes. Log in with your registered mobile number instead — the portal and the ExaHealth app can look up the ABHA linked to your mobile after OTP verification, and your number is shown on the recovered card.
Do I need Aadhaar to download my ABHA card?
No. Aadhaar is only one of the ways to create an ABHA. To download the card you just need your ABHA number or address (or registered mobile) and the OTP.
What if I have not created an ABHA yet?
Create one first — it is free and takes about 2 minutes with Aadhaar, mobile number or driving licence. Once created, your card is generated instantly and ready to download.
Can I download ABHA cards for my family members?
Yes. In ExaHealth you can create and manage ABHA profiles for parents, spouse and children from one account, and each member gets their own card with its own QR code.

Download your card once and keep it linked to every lab report, prescription and vital in one secure place — for you and your family.
