Editorial & Medical-Review Standards
How our Health Insights are written, sourced, reviewed, and kept current — and the limits of what they can do for you.
Who writes ExaHealth Health Insights
Our Health Insights are produced by the ExaHealth Team — a group of health-informatics, clinical-data, and medical-writing specialists who build ExaHealth's guideline-based scoring engine. Every explainer is written in plain language, then fact-checked against the primary sources below before publication.
How we source and review
We align our explanations of biomarkers, conditions, and risk scores with internationally recognized clinical guidelines and peer-reviewed literature — for example WHO, ICMR, the American Diabetes Association (ADA), ACC/AHA, KDIGO, and the Endocrine Society, among others. Where a guideline defines a reference range, threshold, or risk equation, we use it rather than inventing our own. Content is reviewed against these sources by the ExaHealth Clinical Team and re-checked when guidelines change.
Accuracy, updates, and corrections
Medicine evolves. We date each article and revisit our library as guidelines are updated. If you spot something that looks inaccurate or out of date, tell us at our contact page and we will review and correct it promptly.
Independence
Our editorial content is independent. We do not accept payment to feature specific tests, treatments, brands, or products in our Health Insights, and advertising never influences what we write.
This is education, not medical advice
ExaHealth helps you understand and organize your own health information. It does not diagnose, treat, or provide personalized medical advice. Decisions about your care should always be made with a qualified healthcare professional who knows your full history.
