    2. Access and Delivery of Services

    • • Access to ExaHealth’s digital services is provided instantly upon successful account creation or subscription payment.
    • • Activation details and onboarding information are delivered digitally to your registered email address.
    • • All features and tools are accessible directly through your ExaHealth account dashboard.
    • • If you experience any delays in accessing the service after payment, please contact us within 24 hours at support@exahealth.com with the subject line "Access Delay."

    3. Service Availability

    • • The ExaHealth platform targets 99.9% uptime availability.
    • • Services are accessible 24/7, except during scheduled maintenance or system upgrades.
    • • Planned maintenance windows will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance via email or dashboard notifications.
    • • For detailed uptime commitments, please refer to our Service Level Agreement.

    4. Failed or Delayed Access

    If you are unable to access the platform after completing registration or payment, please complete the following steps so we can help immediately:

    • • Verify that your registered email contains the activation details.
    • • Check your spam or junk folder.
    • • Contact support@exahealth.com with your registered email address and payment confirmation (if applicable).

    We aim to resolve all access issues within 24 business hours.
