ABHA login — sign in to your ABHA card
To log in to your ABHA card, use your 14-digit ABHA number, your ABHA address (like yourname@abdm) or your registered mobile number, then verify the OTP. ABHA accounts have no password — the one-time code is the login. Sign in with ExaHealth to see your card and every linked report in one place.
Three ways to log in to ABHA
All three identify the same account — use whichever you remember.
ABHA number
Your 14-digit ABHA number (formatted 12-3456-7890-1234). Enter it, choose where the OTP should go — Aadhaar-linked mobile or your ABHA-registered mobile — and sign in.
ABHA address
The username-style handle you chose, like yourname@abdm. Easier to remember than the number, and it works the same way: enter it, verify the OTP, you are in.
Registered mobile
If you remember neither, sign in with the mobile number linked to your ABHA. If that number has more than one ABHA against it, you pick which account after the OTP.
How to log in to your ABHA — step by step
- 1
Choose how to identify yourself
ABHA number, ABHA address or registered mobile — whichever you actually remember. All three lead to the same account.
- 2
Request the OTP
The code goes to the mobile linked at registration. If your ABHA was created with Aadhaar, you can choose to receive it on the Aadhaar-linked number instead.
- 3
Enter the OTP
Six digits, valid for a few minutes. There is no password on an ABHA account — the OTP is the login.
- 4
Pick the profile
One mobile can carry several ABHAs (yours, a parent’s, a child’s). Choose the one you want, and your linked records open.
Where can you log in?
ExaHealth
Sign in with your ABHA number, address or mobile. Your card, your linked hospital and lab records, your own uploaded reports and your family’s profiles all sit together — and everything stays consent-controlled.
Sign in with ABHAOfficial ABHA portal
abha.abdm.gov.in is the National Health Authority’s own portal. Use it to log in, download your card, and — importantly — to change the mobile number on your account, which only the official portal can do.
Open the official portal ↗Can’t log in? The usual causes
The OTP never arrives
It goes to the mobile linked at registration. If that number changed, no app can route it elsewhere — update the number on the official ABHA portal using Aadhaar verification, then sign in again.
You don’t remember your ABHA number
Log in with your registered mobile instead, or with your ABHA address. Once inside, your 14-digit number is on the card itself.
“Account not found”
Usually means an ABHA was never created against that identifier — registration and login are separate steps. Creating one is free and takes about two minutes.
More than one ABHA on the same mobile
Common in families. After the OTP you will be asked which profile to open; pick the right one rather than creating another account.
Don’t have an ABHA yet?
Login only works once an account exists. ABHA registration is free and takes about two minutes with Aadhaar, a mobile number or a driving licence. Already registered and just want the card? Download your ABHA card as a PDF with QR code. New to the whole thing? What ABDM is explains how the ecosystem fits together.
ABHA login — frequently asked questions
How do I log in to my ABHA card?
Enter your ABHA number (14 digits), your ABHA address (like yourname@abdm) or your registered mobile number, then verify the OTP sent to your linked mobile. ABHA accounts have no password — the one-time code is the login. You can sign in on the official ABHA portal at abha.abdm.gov.in, or in ExaHealth to see your linked reports alongside your card.
What is my ABHA login ID?
Any of three things identify you: the 14-digit ABHA number issued when you registered, the ABHA address you chose (yourname@abdm), or the mobile number linked to the account. They all reach the same ABHA — there is no separate username or password to remember.
I am not receiving the ABHA login OTP — what do I do?
The OTP goes to the mobile number linked at registration, so the usual cause is that the number has changed or is out of coverage. If your ABHA was created with Aadhaar, request the OTP on the Aadhaar-linked mobile instead. If you no longer have either number, update it on the official ABHA portal using Aadhaar verification, then sign in again — this cannot be changed from a third-party app, including ours.
Can I log in to ABHA without my registered mobile number?
Only by first updating that number. ABHA login is OTP-based, so access follows the mobile on the account. Use Aadhaar-based verification on the official ABHA portal to change the linked number, after which the OTP will reach your new phone.
Is ABHA login the same as registration?
No. Registration happens once and issues your ABHA number and card; login is every time after that. If you have never created an ABHA, you need to register first — it takes about two minutes and is free.
What can I see after logging in?
Your ABHA number and card, the ABHA address linked to it, and any health records that hospitals, labs or apps have linked to your ABHA with your consent. In ExaHealth, signing in with ABHA also brings your uploaded reports, vitals and family profiles into the same place.
Is it safe to log in to ABHA through an app?
Through an ABDM-participating application, yes. The OTP is issued by ABDM, not by the app, and records are only shared after you approve a consent request that states who is asking, what for and for how long. You can revoke that consent at any time.
